Fire Safety Risk Assessments
What is a Fire Safety Risk Assessment?
Fire risk assessment is an in-depth review/evaluation of a building, complex or a facility for fire risks and provides recommendations to either eliminate the risk or control the hazards and risks identified through examination of the structure, use of the building, layout and contents.
A Fire Safety Risk Assessment will provide following outcomes;
-
Identify the chances of risk from each major incident.
-
Identifies the consequences for each incident.
-
The chances of an incident and whether or not it could have developed into a larger incident.
-
An in depth analysis and identification of practicable control measures.
-
A detailed description of how control measures will address the risk.
